I am a registered social worker in Calgary, Alberta.
I would like to acknowledge myself as a settler on the land of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.
My practice is broadly focused on diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety. I enjoy learning about diversity in all aspects of the human experience, and I strive to create inclusive environments through creative means. In spare time, I enjoy spending time with my partner, pets, and chosen family. I find joy in life through creative expression- and coffee!

Throughout my career, I have been privileged to be able to use my platform as a critical social worker as well as my intersectional identity to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in Canada’s public and non-profit sectors.
Thus far, I have been able to collaboratively lead several initiatives focused on advancing anti-racism & xenophobia, gender and sexual diversity and most recently person-centered spiritual care in a long-term care environment.
As a social worker, I hold competencies related to direct support services to those experiencing discrimination and exclusion, as well to the development and implementation of integrated strategies at a systems level.
